Your responses and contact details are stored in Google Sheets (operated by Google) used by The Growth System to manage assessment submissions. Access is limited to authorised members of The Growth System who need it to contact you and deliver the services described above.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties except service providers (such as Google) that host or process the data on our behalf, and only as necessary to provide the service.
How long we keep your information
We retain your information for as long as necessary to provide consultation follow-up and the services you have requested, and thereafter only as required by law. You may request deletion at any time.
Your rights under POPIA
You have the right to:
- access the personal information we hold about you;
- request correction of inaccurate information;
- object to processing or withdraw your consent;
- request that we delete your personal information;
- lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator (South Africa).
